Return Policy
Returning New and Unused Items
You may return new, unopened items within 30
days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling
charges (if applicable). Items should be returned in their
original sealed product packaging and include a copy of the original
invoice.
After 30 days, new, unopened items, may be
returned, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
SoleutionsTM
will pay the return shipping costs
if the return is a result of our error, otherwise the customer is
responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly suggest you
procure a tracking number and insurance from UPS or Fedex on all
returns. Soleutions is not responsible for returns that are
lost or damaged in transit. Items that are damaged will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund
within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper,
however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This
time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return
from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to
process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and
the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund
once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returning
opened or used items
Because
of the personal nature of SoleutionsTM orthotics, we cannot accept
returns on packages that are opened or used at this time.
